Below, I’m going to give you all of the rides Disney deems safe to ride! Although, I always recommend first getting everything cleared by your doctor.

Overview of Pregnancy Safe Rides
When it comes to enjoying Disney parks during pregnancy, it’s all about choosing the right rides.
So, what makes a ride safe for pregnant riders?
Think gentle, calm, and no high-speed thrills.
Attractions like “It’s a Small World” or the “Haunted Mansion” are perfect examples.
They’re smooth, have no height restrictions (sorry, Splash Mountain and Space Mountain, not this time!), and are just as enchanting. Whether you’re strolling through Magic Kingdom, exploring Animal Kingdom, or any other part of the most magical place on Earth, there’s plenty of rides that are perfectly fine for expectant mothers.
Remember, while in the parks, it’s always a good idea to check with a Disney cast member or look for an expectant mother advisory before hopping on. Better safe than sorry!
